Dottie Adley, RN, CRNA is a registered nurse, a
nurse practitioner, a certified registered nurse anesthetist, and a cosmetic micro-pigmentation specialist with advance training
in permanent cosmetics. She is board certified as a permanent cosmeticic technician and permanent cosmetic instructor by the
American Academy of Micropigmentation. Working 20 years in the surgical-anesthesia field, sterility and cleanliness are the

natural results for permanent makeup. At Permanent Cosmetics, prescription topical anesthetic agents are used, and all procedures
